Rates & Charges:

  1. HD CCTV and DVR @ Rs. 450/- per unit / Year.

  2. IP CCTV and NVR @ Rs. 750/- per unit / Year.

  3. Biometrics Attendance Machine @ Rs. 1000/- per unit / Year.

  4. Biometrics Attendance with Access Control @ Rs. 1500/- per unit / Year.

  5. Video Door Phone @ Rs. 1000/- per unit / Year

  6. Intruder Alarm System, Boom Barrier, etc will discuss and decide on phone or site visits

Limitations:

  1. Minimum AMC Amount is Rs. 18000/- for one location. It may combination of all products in same location.

  2. Scheme is limited to Factory / Schools / Hospitals / Offices / Showrooms. Not applicable for home users. Home users can opt services on chargeable basis @ Rs. 750/- each visits.​

Types of AMC:

CCTV AMCs can be broadly categorized into:

  • Non-Comprehensive AMC (Service Only): This type of contract primarily covers regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repair services. The cost of replacement parts is usually not included and will be charged extra as needed.

  • Comprehensive AMC (With Parts): This agreement includes all the services of a non-comprehensive AMC, along with the replacement of faulty components (excluding physical damage or misuse) within the contract period. This offers a more predictable maintenance cost.

Scope of Work (Inclusions may vary depending on the service provider and the specific contract):

  • Number of Service Visits: The frequency of scheduled maintenance visits (e.g., monthly, quarterly, bi-annually).

  • Response Time: The time frame within which the service provider will respond to a service request or system breakdown.

  • Standby Equipment: We offer temporary replacement equipment during repairs to minimize downtime, even in Non-comprehensive AMCs.

Exclusions (Commonly not covered under AMC):

  • Dedicated Staff Deployment at site (Engineering / Diploma Holder). Number of staff depends on your requirement or according to site.

  • Staff with ESIC, PF and minimum Wedges compliance as per the Govt of India rules.

  • Including Consumables or without Consumables.

  • All other requirement will be fulfilled.
