Rates & Charges:

1. HD CCTV Installations @ Rs. 350/- per unit (Minimum Rs. 1200/- for 1, 2 and 3 CCTV)

2. IP CCTV Installations @ Rs. 500/- per unit (Minimum Rs. 1500/- for 1, 2 and 3 CCTV).

3. Biometrics Attendance Machine Installation @ Rs. 1000/- per unit

4. Biometrics Attendance with Access Control @ Rs. 1500/- per unit

5. Video Door Phone Installations @ Rs. 1000/- per unit.

6. Video Door Phone with Electric Lock @ Rs. 1500/- per unit
   (Welder and Carpenter job work in the Client Scope)

7. Intruder Alarm System Installation @ Rs. 1500/- upto 4 attachments.

Scope of Services:

1. Site Survey & Assessment:

   • On-site inspection to understand layout and security requirements

   • Identification of critical surveillance points (entrances, exits, blind spots, etc.)

   • Recommendation on camera types, placement, and system design

2. System Design & Planning:

   • Custom CCTV layout planning based on client requirements (Only for large Site)

   • Selection of appropriate camera models (Dome, Bullet, PTZ, IP, etc.)

   • Planning for DVR/NVR capacity, storage requirements, and cabling routes

3. Installation:

   • Mounting of cameras at identified locations

   • Laying and securing of cables (coaxial or Cat6, depending on system)

   • Installation and configuration of DVR/NVR and power supplies

   • Connection of display monitors if required

4. Configuration & Setup:

   • Setting up recording schedules and resolution preferences

   • Configuring remote access via mobile apps or web platforms

   • Setting up alerts, motion detection, or event-based recording (if supported)

5. Testing & Commissioning:

   • Full system testing to ensure all components are operational

   • Adjusting camera angles and focus for optimal coverage

   • Confirming data recording, backup, and retrieval processes

6. Training & Handover:

   • Providing basic training to the client for monitoring and playback

   • Guidance on system maintenance and usage

   • Submission of documentation (wiring diagram, login credentials, warranty cards)
